This year's Dot To Dot Festival is set to the be the biggest one yet, taking place on Sunday 30th May. As always the lineup will be incredibly diverse - crossing all musical genres and featuring the hottest new acts.The first of these we would like to announce is JAKWOB, the midland's based Dubstep producer, responsible for the massive remixes of 'Starry Eyed' & 'Under The Sheets' by Ellie Goulding.
Having only just turned 20, James Jacob AKA 'Jakwob' has seen his nascent career take off in the last few months. Along with the two remixes for Miss Goulding he has also turned his hand to tracks by Empire Of The Sun, Temper Trap, Audio Bullys & Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip.
Jakwob has been involved in music from the age of 10, and his style transcends genres - combining elements of dubstep, trance, ghetto-tech and breakbeat. This eclecticism also manifests itself in Jakwob's DJ sets which take in dub, hip hop, drum and bass, dubstep and anything else that he fancies making fit.
