Silkie’s rise to prominence has been documented by several high profile achievements, including the acclaimed release of his 2010 City Limits Vol.1 album on Deep Medi and being personally chosen by Mala to feature on Mary Anne Hobbs’ legendary Generation Bass show.
On this year’s follow-up, City Limits Vol.2, the dubstep template is still intact, but things are more nimble than ever before, with slickly swung drums and nods to vintage rave and hardcore thrown in for good measure.
