JACQUES GREENE (Night Slugs/Lucky Me)The 21 year old Montreal-based dj/producer Jacques Greene has been making waves over the past few months, popping up late last year with releases on Night Slugs and Glasgow's Lucky Me label. His uplifting fusion of classic house and contemporary R&B has been setting dancefloors ablaze, so much so that after only two releases he has come over to the UK for a month long tour, including shows at BLOC weekend, Berghain (Berlin), Paris Social Club, Glasgow Sub Club and Plastic People London, before ending his tour with a Nottingham show at Stealth Vs Rescued (on Saturday 2nd April).
His first release was the track 'Baby I Don't Know (What You Want), which was featured on the Night Slugs Allstars Vol 1 Compilation:
This was soon followed by the release on 'The Look' EP on Lucky Me:

His productions are going from strength to strength, and his third 12" has just dropped - the awesome 'Another Girl', which will be followed by his remix of the forthcoming Katy B single 'Broken Record'.
