Bursting onto the scene in 2009, there seems to be no stopping Boris Daenen (aka NETSKY) - who in less than two years has gone from Belgian bedroom beat-maker to superstar DJ and facebook heartthrob.
Rarely have we seen someone rise through the ranks this quickly, and having a Belgian passport doesn’t often turn D+B heads, so you can be sure it’s his tunes which do the talking.
With his blend of uplifting , melancholic melodies and heavy dancefloor bass & beats it wasn’t long before Netsky was well on the radar of London Elektricity and High Contrast.
Netsky signed exclusively to Hospital Records, and firmly reserved a seat at D&B’s top table with his debut long-player 'Netsky', which was released in May 2010. Remixes for the likes of Swedish House Mafia, Plan B, Underworld, Miike Snow & Pendulum have followed - and 2011 is sure to be the year that Netsky goes stratospheric.
